Zindagi Ki Mahek (aka Zindagi Ki Mehek) is an Indian TV series produced by Parin Media group of Saurabh Tewari in 2016. The TV show was produced during the summer of 2016 and began its first broadcast in September 2016. Zee TV airs the show during weekdays.
In Zindagi Ki Mahek, Sameeksha Jaiswal acts as an embattled lady who finds herself  crushed between her everyday duties as a caring, loving home-maker and her desire to pursue her childhood dream. Manit Joura, a popular TV actor in India, acts opposite Jaiswal.
According to the Times of India, Zindagi Ki Mahek was mostly shot in Delhi and initial response from the viewers had been very positive.
It has been reported that as the story progresses, Mahek takes parts in a reality cooking show and fulfils her passion to be a recognised chef.
