Fitness journey & entry into social media
Erna Husko’s popularity began to grow in 2017 when she participated in the Fitness Model 2017 (Fitness Malli) competition. She was only 19 at the time. When the competition ended, she began working further on her workout regimen and started developing mentorship programs. It was during that time she realised that she could make a living by mentoring other people and being active on different social media platforms.
Husko’s bold, brave and open personality became a blessing for her social media presence and her ultimate growth. Within less than two years, Husko emerged as an entrepreneur whose work revolves around exercise and well-being. She’s best known for posting workout routines and online coaching specializing in ‘buttocks’. However, she regularly talks and posts about a wide range of issues, including personal relationships, mental health issues, body positivity, and healthy living.

TikTok & social media popularity
After participating in the Fitness Model Competition in 2017, Husko quickly became known for her so-called ‘butt pictures’ and buttocks training program. In September 2017, Finnish tabloid Ilta Sanomat reported that Husko’s image comparison of her altered body had garnered tremendous attention on social media. In the picture taken in 2015, a lean leg and, in her own words, an underweight Husko posed. The picture taken in 2017 showed a muscular and trained young woman. At that time, Husko had only about 20,000 followers on Instagram, and numbers were similar on other social media platforms. While Husko is active and popular on different social media platforms, her popularity on TikTok has soared in a short period. Husko opened her TikTik account in June 2019 and posted her first TikTok video. In her first TikTok video, Husko used the hashtag #trainingchallenge and included Marshmello’s Silence as a musical background. As of May 2022, Husko has over 1.6 million followers and nearly 21 million likes on Tiktok and over 300,000 followers on Instagram. Snapchat and TikTok combined, she has more than 3 million followers in total. She also appears regularly on her OnlyFans account. Breast surgery scandal
In a 2021 article published by Ilta Sanomat, a Finnish tabloid, Husko was reported speaking about her silicone breasts and comments she received about them. The article reported Husko’s appearance in a TV series called the Fitness Diaries 2022 series. In the episode, Husko read out comments from her Instagram photo, which she had published on 20 July 2021. The Instagram post included two images, one old and one new. In the more recent sample, she looked much more in shape. She captioned the post: “Same same but different. From cardio junkie to gym and carb lover. Remember where you started and keep doing you.”
The Instagram post made it clear that Husko had a breast implant. Revealing the real purpose of the post, Husko spoke on the Fitness Diaries 2022 TV program. She said: “I feel like I have to reveal that I have had a breast operation.”
Husko was visibly upset about the comments she received for the picture, which she said were nearly two hundred. The comments scolded her appearance and speculated on possible beauty surgeries. Husko had not yet spoken publicly about her breast implants at that time.
“It’s kind of hard for people to understand that by working out, you get muscles in your buttocks, and obviously, I can’t get muscles in my breasts,” she commented.
Husko made it clear that the matter did not really matter to her. However, she felt that she needed to inform about her breasts in order to stop speculation. “I don’t understand why people speculate so much, and all those commentators are almost men,” Husko added.

Personal life, romantic affairs and past relationships
Erna Husko has often spoken about the costs of being an Internet sensation. An Ilta Sanomat article reported that her popularity and intense online publicity had come at a cost. Husko opened up on the Fitness Diaries TV programme that fame had not only been a positive thing, but through it, a variety of nasty phenomena had entered her life. Among others, she revealed that her attention had dropped to an “outrageous level”. In addition, she also said that she lived in constant fear and did not dare to go to public places alone.
“The shadows of publicity are so shitty that no one talks about them, and I don’t know if it happens to others,” Husko said.
The sixth episode of the Fitness Diaries 2022 showed how Husko could not go to the beach for a dip in the summer. When she finally found a quiet beach and went to the pier, a crowd of young people nearby noticed and followed her.
In November 2021, it was reported that her relationship with her boyfriend had come to an end. In the same TV programme, she revealed with great emotion that she used to be a bad and deceptive person in relationships, and now the same thing had happened to her. A teary Husko, regretted behaving badly to her former partners.
“I have been a person myself who has kept secret messages and been a really bad person in relationships. And lied about things,” Husko admitted, wiping tears. “Now that it’s happening to me, I know how it feels. It feels really sad.”
Tearful Husko said she did not wish similar feelings for anyone to experience. “I don’t wish this feeling for anyone. I really have not been a perfect person. I have learned this year to be the most trustworthy, genuine and honest person in a relationship.”
In April 2022, Seiska, a Finnish tabloid, revealed that Husko had a new boyfriend. Finnish rapper Ville Virtanen aka William was reported to be her new boyfriend. Before beginning to see Husko, Virtanen had broken up with fitness model Sonja Aiello.
However, in June 2022, Husko told Iltalehti that she was not in a relationship with William and that they were just friends. At the Finnish Creator Awards 2022-Gala, William appeared with another girl and Husko was also one of the attendees. In the same event, Husko told the media that she was happy she was and not looking for a romantic relationship.

Controversies
On 18 May 2022, the Finnish online Iltalehti reported that Husko and her company were suspected of mild criminal activity. According to the report, Husko’s company had failed to deliver hoodies and other items that customers had bought online. As a result, some of the customers launched a request for a police investigation in Finland.
A representative from Husko’s firm, Sirke Salovaara, was quoted in the news report. She said that there had in fact been some problems with deliveries during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly to those customers who were not reachable at their addresses. However, the issue had not been intentional.
